A dynamic vinyasa practice linking postures with the breath, to build heat in the body and stillness in the mind. All levels friendly.
Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga with a fixed order of postures.
Friendly for beginners and mindful movers. We will go with the flow and take more time for breathing in each pose.
A slow practice that can help to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress and shift stagnant energy. Mainly passive poses are held for 3-5 minutes with the support of props, inviting the body to relax and the mind to follow.
Classes explore movement, breath, pelvic floor exercises and meditations to help you prepare for a calm birth and postpartum. Suitable from 13+ weeks.
Active class, moving from one pose to another, connecting with the breath. This flow offers strength, flexibility, focus and a form of meditation.
A practice for focus and flow. Holding postures to bring focus to our body and breath, with moments of slow fluid movements.
Rocket yoga is a fun, energetic and invigorating fast paced vinyasa sequence. All levels welcome but yoga experience its recommended.
