Float away into a deep state of rest and relaxation with our monthly Sound Bath Meditation.

Join us each month as we are guided through a healing sound journey using the magical frequencies of the gong, medicine drum, crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes.
Each month we will focus on a different theme and intention, beginning the evening with a short ceremony, giving us time to reflect and practice gratitude, before moving into a guided meditation, and finally melting into true relaxation through a heavenly sound bath.
A sound bath is a beautiful opportunity to pause and give yourself permission to truly rest, recharge and release. Allowing the sonic sounds and frequencies to bring you to a true state of bliss.
